Guest BiltWel
I am trying to get the circlips off of some very old axle U Joints for replacment( they are on the interior of the yoke) they are frozen up with rust and corrosion I am guessing. I am not a novice and have tried heat and wd40 even a sawzall to try and cut the ears off the joints then drive the cups through with the clips on but they refuse to let go and the joint just eats saw blades like crazy after only putting a small dent in the joint. My question is has anyone else had this problem and how did they resolve it or any insight would be great. Thanks in advance
