LS1 240Z
i think you could spend $3500 making up 88 lbs elsewhere.. dont compromise reliablity, isnt that why you are going to the LSx motor anyways?

rubin
heres a picture from the article: and another random one: I'm just curious about the water jacket diffrences here It seems to me like the warlock block is really inefficient when it comes to cooling. can anyone explain to me how their design can provide the same cooling as the stock block when theres obviously A LOT more water around the cylinders in the stock block. 280zwitha383
i want to take my time on it and maybe in 5 years or so i can take it around the block. At this rate in another five years a stock Z06 Corvette will keep up with you:lmao: . Seriously though, in 5 years I think you will want something better than what you're trying to build. If my goal was that long term I would do the engine last because the same stuff you want now will be so much cheaper 4 or 5 years from now. Guest ON3GO
well the engine will come last but i want to have something to do the mock up. i doubt it will take 5 years, maybe 3 all said and done. body work and detail work will take the lonest time. think Terry O's blueovalz but different lol. BTW! Thanks Terry for the help! mike
