olie05
yeah. My goal is high 13's maybe low 13's, in terms of quarter mile performance, However, I only use that as a measuring stick. I care more about corners than straight line acceleration. I think this setup would be better than my current fuel injection manifold, if done correctly... no... I'm SURE it will be. TheNeedForZ
what about them pico injectors? I can't find them on the lumenition site??
olie05
jegs has pico injectors: http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?lang=-1&catalogId=10002&storeId=10001&categoryId=26643 I also found out they are 38mm between o rings. With such a compact design, hiding them in the float bowls seems feasable.
TheNeedForZ
alrighty, thanks for the link and keeps us updated. You have every parts collected? If not, you might want to contact suppliers and ask them if they have defunct weber carbs like porous cast defects instead of cutting up servicable and expensive ones. I don't have any parts yet... this is merely a dream right now. cast defects, I don't think that would come with the external trim parts, like the float bowl covers & fuel fittings... TheNeedForZ
Most of those "dealers", especially ones on eBay, sells refurbished carbs. So it wouldn't be a surprise if they can give you some parts you want. You can save some money because the external trim parts are a lot cheaper than all sorts of jets...and you don't need any jets
