HizAndHerz
Which tranny? I know that drivetrain.com has Natco rebuild kits for 5-speed manuals and has TransStar rebuild kits for automatics. None of the rebuild kits I've include the clutch and throwout bearing. Those must be obtained in a separate kit.
Guest Jim226
What I'm looking for is for a 4spd tranny and included all the previous mentioned.
COZY Z COLE
Might look at this site, it has lots of Z parts. Choose Nissan and the year. This link is for a 76 280Z. http://replacement.autopartswarehouse.com/parts/autopartswarehouse/parts.jsp?year=1976&make=NI&model=280-Z-001&part_name=null LARRY
Guest Jim226
Are the transmission pressure plates the same from year to year (240z-260z) The tranny that I got is a 4spd transmission, which makes me think that it came out of a 240 or 260? but I'm not 100 percent certain the car is an early 260z but the guy who had it mix and matched parts (the engine is a 280zx block and head) any help would be great I'm getting ready to order the parts soon and just want to get the right things.
