BLKMGK
Front or rear? It seems to be fairly easy to tweak the front, not sure hwo hard it is to get it back in line. Possibly a job for a frame shop. If it's the rear I'm not sure how hard it is - have you looked for signs of a repair?
Guest Anonymous
Sorry it is the front that seems out of wack.
Guest Drewz
Alot of people do not know this but when I did the alignment on my 260 the right rear has (factory) some different toe and caster angles than the left side. I am not sure how bad yours is without seeing it but there is a diff. from side to side. This has to do with the rear torque steer under acceleration. You may have something bent but If you can send or post a pic. I could let you know for sure. I have done several alignments over the years on 240/260/280's. Don't panic as it may not be as bad as you think. Let me know if you can pic. or give me a couple of measurements.
Guest Anonymous
I bought a 260 and did not notice that the axle and the body don't seem to be parallel. That is the car drives and stops straight but when I look at the placement of the tire in the wheel well It is centered on the drivers side but not on the passenger side. The car looks straight. Can this be caused by a bent cross member or control arms or is the frame possibly bent? Like I said I am doing 70+ and the car is straight and no apparent pulling when I brake.
