What brand/model of wheels are these?

John,

I am not sure but they look like they could be three piece Panasport racing wheels. I remember something about that car a few weeks ago but don't remember the specifics about the wheels.

Check out Panasport's web site. They have some wheels that look much like the wheels on the ZX.

yep they look like the 3 piecers...

around $500 ea racer net. nice rims but dont know how good for a daily use.. they are superlite. a friend bought a set for his Z in 16x10 a few years ago.. i think he paid $425 ea plus shipping then? direct from panasport in calif (MAS?) and this price was for a race car at national level

The rwal bummer (IMO) is that Panasport doesn't seem to make 17inch wheels nor do they seem to make 5lug wheels. I actually really LIKE th ePanasports I've got right now but I'm going to go 5lug so.... If I could find these wheels in a 17inch size in 5lug I'd be damned happy!

I saw a Z on the net (that was for sale at the time) with Epsilon wheels that I really liked. They have a polished rim portion and blacked out middle (sorta like the Porsche carrera had). Any info on those wheels? (I'm sure they're hella 'spensive with my luck)..

Lone,

I think I know the wheels you are talking about and I LOVE those wheels...sort of look like the old "mesh, modular BBS" style wheels.

I have looked every place for these wheels and could not find any in the correct size. I then ran across a picture of Revolution Racing wheels and knew that is what I had to have!! I did a great deal of research on the Revolutions and liked everything I found with one exception, they only make the style I liked in 15". I had almost given up on the Revolutions when a great deal was offered to me by someone on the board, so I got them...you can check them out at http://homestead.juno.com/ccloude/revolutionwheelsandtires.html

Well the ones I saw, they said were epsilon, but I love the revolution as well. I really like the blacked out center section, looks great IMO. MSA is supposed to be getting them in 17" (not 16 though), I may see what that ends up costing, although wheels will be one of my last investments after the swap is complete and running, body is completed etc. Until then its my 240 aluminum slot style stockers (that rub currently in the back grrrr, must persuade that fenderwell and fix that).

Heres a picture of the Z with the wheels I was talking about, its a bad picture and you can't see the wheel detail. But I was basically looking for something that looks like your revolution wheels.

Thanks,

PS: Loved the BBS style meshes btw...

I have seen many of this style of wheel in my part of the jungle and they were all made by Riken. Try them too maybe???

Enkei also made these black mesh wheels with the outer polished ring, I am 99% sure. Check them out too.
