Guest scca
i've also used these before on a early car. AIR the maxima bracket wont work on this setup either. rotors too big. Oh and this ONLY works if you go 5 lug as well. as all 88 are 5 lug.. the advantage of this over the 280zx setup is the obvious one of a vented rotor- just plain looks better... BUT the calipers are different as teh strut is not behind the wheel its in front so swapping side to side must be done and then you have a bitch of a time making the cable work without hitting the half shaft. it can be done but definintely isnt easy. ------------------ Mike mike@fonebooth.com http://www.fonebooth.com/brakes.html raceparts and brake upgrades. Guest Anonymous
Why can't you just flip the brackets and mount the calipers on the side they were intended to go on? You can mount the brackets facing forward or backwards can't you? And rotors are easy to re-drill for 4 lug if that's the only problem! ------------------ Morgan http://z31.com/~morgan/s30 http://carfiche.com
Guest scca
the caliper will hit the actual strut tube.. Mike
