Brake alternatives

If a person chooses to go with an aftermarket front and rear disc brake set up for a 78Z, what are the best choices. Brakes are my next project and I must say, I am thoroughly confused about the Maxima bracket ordeal. Can someone simplify the swap using the correct rotors and calipers for the front and rear or tell me which website gives the best info.

I only want to do this one time.

Thanks

first i'll assume you want to stay 4 lug not go to 5 lug wheels..

i do a outlaw billet caliper with a coleman rotor for 4 lug that will all bolt on to a Z strut. (one minor mod)

the $$ is the limit when it comes to aftermarket brake systems..

what size of rim do you want to use???

the maxima bracket issue is as follows.

you can convert a z to rear disks using a 82-3 zx rear caliper and rotor with a 82.5?? maxima bracket, (very few people seem to find these though) i make a alternative weld on bracket and am trying to have a bunch CNC'd of the original. this is by far the easiest rear conversion.

there are other options for more $

i have a few listed on my site.

also anything can be done.

i have Z32TT/skyline stuff on my car and other people have done different conversions.

first how much do you want to "discover" and how much to do you want to do yourself.
