Guest shane10782
Hey guys newbie here!. I have a 70' 240z and I just replaced the master cylinder, brake booster. Also added the toyota 4 pistons (non-vented) and maxima disc brakes in the back with SS lines all around. I have bled the system countless times and I still have to pump the brakes to get the car to stop. While I was bleeding the brakes with a buddy I heard a strange noise from the booster. When you press on the brakes air comes out of the vacuum line connected to the booster. I checked the 'check valve' and it works fine. Is this a normal sound, is air supposed to rush out of the booster vacuum line when the pedal is pressed? Can this be related to the reaction disc? This is a remanufactured booster from autozone.
