olie05
Ok so I have 4 swasticas, and one of them is warped. It has axial runout and has caused my inner tie rod and wheel bearings to slowly gain slop over time. I can either have the wheel repaired or buy a used one. How do shops straighten wheels? Will the methods that will be used to true the wheel sacrifice any strength? I can get used swasticas for around 50 bucks a piece. I wanted to buy brand new wheels, but that is out of my budget right now.
Savage42
I just had a flat spot taken out of my BMW M5 wheel at a cost of $100. You won't be able to get it fixed for less than $50, so it's your call. Definitely an option when you have rare or expensive wheels, though! Guest zfan
Just get another swastika wheel from a wrecking yard. They are a dime a dozen in my neck of the woods. I picked 2 up for 45 bucks last year and ended up giving them away.
