Guest anyrug Posted December 21, 2006 Share Posted December 21, 2006 i push the clutch in and the car go into neutral but when i let off and the shifter is still in the neutral postion the car is in gear again what can i do to fix it. i have a 1984 300zx turbo that all i know about it. Mike kZ Posted December 21, 2006 Share Posted December 21, 2006 Your tranny needs a rebuild. That happened to me with my T56. In my case the 5th, and 6th shift rail was bent, and the shift fork was broken in two. So it was stuck in 5th, and what ever I did with the shifter, nothing worked.
