wheelman Posted January 29, 2007 Share Posted January 29, 2007 California enforces emission laws on ALL cars they just don't require yearly smog checks on cars older than 1975. If you get pulled over in California and the officer does an inspection to find all the emissions equipment removed or disabled the fine is much larger than it would have been otherwise. The car hasn't even been resprayed! You can still see the bond lines in the fiberglass! If we had another, the same style that wasnt original we'd have a monster engine in it.
