savageskaterkid Posted March 4, 2007 Share Posted March 4, 2007 Does anybody running a Scottie downpipe in a 280z coupe body have there exhaust system off the car? I have acquired a ScottieGNZ downpipe and was wondering if somebody would be willing to measure out there exhaust system with the bends and post the measurements and angles. My motor is at the machine shop, and I have quite a limited amount of time to finish my setup before the school semester is over. If I can get the exhaust taken care of while the motor is away, then I'd be able to stay busy and take care of these things in advanced. This is a 78' 280z coupe, if I can get it roughly all together right thats great, I can always cut and weld(lengthen/shorten)if need be. I have a stock exhaust system in my garage that I can model after, but I'm not sure on the length of it assuming a GNZ downpipe is involved.
