Guest Will Posted April 16, 2002 Share Posted April 16, 2002 I had a very similar problem in a '75 280 with 300 ZX front calipers. The pedal would sink readily, with almost no force feedback, then grab hard. It turned out to be an over-achieving brake booster. The booster wouldn't feedback, so I came down hard on the brakes without any pedal effort. The system went from force feedback to distance feedback and driving it sucked. Once the booster was replaced, everything was cool. In your case, you may have to do both the booster and the pushrod. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
