Parking brake idea for rear discs.

I'm putting Z32 rear brakes (calipers and rotors) on the rear of my 280Z and thinking about a cheap but effective mechanical parking brake). Why not use that same idea, just only use one small disc and put it on the inputflange with the driveshaft. This would work great as long as you have both R wheels on the ground(if you don't you are doing something you should'nt have been doing in the first place.) This setup will also get you 3.54 (3.54 final drive ratio) times more holding power for the same disc.
