Illiterate metric to inches question on wheel studs

My new front ($) wheels will not bolt to my "direct bolt on" early Toyota 4X4 brake calipers. I will need at least 1/2 inch longer wheel studs and spacers to mount the front wheels. The Nissan Quest van supposedly has 47 mm long studs and the 280 Z has 36 mm long studs. How long is 11mm in fractional inches? (yes I am that metrically illiterate)(7/16 ths?)

Greimann.,, somehow in my dyslexic mind your mathmatical equation comes out equal to $30.00 US American Dollars....After the Yen conversion at Nissan Thanx!
