zxjuiced
Just need to know if someone knows exactly what model and year motor mounts from a mopar truck are used to bolt a 340 into a 1980 280ZX. I`ve read somewhere on here about using the truck motor mounts but did`nt refer to what model and year to use! thanks
jt1
I think you'll find that as long as it's a smallblock 2WD truck, they are all the same. John
zxjuiced
Thanks John, So your saying: any year 2wd dodge truck mounts will work!
jt1
Let me back up a little, and say 70's 2wd smallblock trucks. All those I've seen used the same mount. I think they changed in the late 80's when they went to the roller cam motors, and the magnum engines use a different mount. Post some pics of that bad boy when you get it in. I like mopars, and would like to do a mopar swap someday. John

Greg55_99
I took some pics of a 240Z with a 360 in a boneyard. The owner just took a set of brackets from a Dodge truck, cut them in half, fit them up with Datsun biscuits and welded them back together. Piece of cake really.
