scottyMIz Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 well the starter in the z died on me yesterday, i need to know if anyone has one or if i can get one from another car? There is a big plastic gear inside the starter that stripped out. I'm guessing it stripped from me just bumping the starter to make it start when it's hot. I ordered one from napa, i'll see if it works that way everyone will know if we have another source. I did weld the gears on the old one but the rb starter doesn't have enough power to turn the motor over.
