Jwink25
OK guys, I need your input once again. I am trying to choose the right wheel and tire sizes for my car. I have found some rims from Summit Racing. I need to know what size tires I can fit on them if I am using the stock suspension. (I'll have to wait for coilovers later) They are the Trigon(802) wheels. If I use the 15X8 what backspacing do I use? or... If I use the 16X8 what backspacing do I use? Then what size tire is the largest I can fit under the stock suspension. I was thinking a 235/60 for the 15x8 combo in the rear. And, 215/60 for the front. If I use the 16X8 can I fit 235/60 in the back and 225/60 in the front? Any suggestions on these sizes? I want to order the tires while they are on sale at the Tire Rack. Thanks guys, I really need your help! Jason
ZROSSA
Bit large, arnt they? Mine has 225/50/16s all around. I think your speedo and gearing will be way out. Douglas
Jwink25
It's gonna have a 300HP+ engine in it. Would like to have enough traction. Do the 225/60 fit well with the stock suspension?
