Guest G0tJules
I just received a ticket in NJ for doing 94 in a 65 on I-95. And on top of that the trooper wrote me a second one for careless driving. I didnt even try and get out of it. (I'm an idiot for flying that fast during the holiday weekend.) My liscense is from NY, so I called the DMV and asked if that ticket will affect my points and or liscense at all. They said no as long as I pay it right away. My question is this... Is there anything I could do to fight it at all and/or get it knocked down some? Ive heard of people getting out of the ticket all together by requesting the service records on the radar gun. Will that work? Also, if I try and fight it at all, will I become worse off if I lose my case?
Challenger
Disassemble your transmission and remove 3rd 4th and 5th, so you can say you couldnt have gone to that speed if you wanted to.
