Challenger
building any sort of structure to replicate the seats is certainly not going to save you any weight A piece of laminate board like the 2+2'S had in the back and some angle iron doesnt weigh much. philfree
hi That was what i was thinking because your loosing the weight of the seats them selves and the seat belts and probable the carpet in the back. It is only getting replaced buy a frame and some bored the way i see it their is a big enough difference to make it worth doing. Thanks
garvice
So about aerodynamics are these possible improved because of the different angle of the hatch and roof? I believe you will find that there was a lot of sarcasm in Johnc's post about Aerodynamics. I don't think he was being serious. BTW, I disagree with Mopar69, get rid of the 2+2, and since they are undesirable, don't ask much for it. Hell, I'll be nice and take it off your hands for a couple of hundred dollars. Since I live in Queensland, I'll even come pick it up.
philfree
Hi just wondering what part of qld do you live in. I also can't afford to get rid of the 2+2 atm epically if it was only for a couple hundred dollars.
