Heavy Z
Hello, I'm looking for input on new front springs (non-coilover). I want something ranging from stiff to bone-jarring. Thanks, Brett
peej410
take two stock springs cut off 1/4 of the first and last coils and thread the springs together (like two heli-coils)(or two screws) using a big mig welder or an arc welder and weld the tops and bottoms of the spring together. DOUBLE your spring rate. im just kidding though goodluck
ZR8ED
Not sure on your definition of bone jarring, but I have springs from a 78 chevette (heavy duty option) They are the same size as ours.. just need to cut a coil or so out of them (if you want your car lowered) yea I said chevette springs.
