Guest Anonymous
Say I want to use some wheel bearings in a non automotive application. I want to mount them on a piece of standard sized steel tubing. Any idea how I can easily find a bearing with a race that has a specific inner diameter? Is there some sort of xref somewhere that lists cars and the bearing size they use? Thanks - Rob
Kevin Shasteen
Dont go to the auto parts stores, instead go to your yellow pages & locate the nearest bearing mfg in your city-or nearby city. Every major city has two or three bearing mfg's. If a bearing mfg cant produce what you want then no one can. fastzcars
You can try McMaster-Carr Supply Co. They are a big warehouse full of stuff.
