Guest Anonymous
My master vac is shot on the 76 coupe. I've been using one from an 82zx turned 90 degrees, but it's on its last leg. The FSM shows an m90 and m75 which are 9in and 7.5 respectively - stock 76. I assume the 9in is for the 2+2 model. Should I get the larger unit for only 10 bucks more? Also, I'll get a new master cylinder for a 79-81zx. Most parts houses stock A-1 Cardone master vacs and raybestos mas/cylinders. Any thoughts? Guest Anonymous
Just found a post regarding my possible brake problem. I extended the rod out from the brake booster to engage the master cylinder sooner. Since I am using an 82 vac/cylinder and I did not switch my lines from a stock setup do I now have to switch the lines? My problem was with the 90% brake travel before the very sensitive braking. Thanks.
