toyota 4x4 brakes 12 inch wide wheel nut torque????

book for 280z says 60ft/lbs. Seemed too loose for my custom wheels (Rear are 12 inches wide)and toyota 4x4 brakes. I am using 12 mm 1.5 pitch lugs. I used 87 ft/lbs.

Any advice????
