Guest t0kp0w
So i have this cam laying around from crower, part number is not on their web site so i sent them an e-mail and they faxed me the specs (left it at work ) but what I remember is the fun junk .444 lift on the intake and exhaust and 288* duration on intake and exhaust with a 109* lobe seperation. what does this sound like too you guys? when I first read the specs i was thinking ooooooohhhh now im thinking it is going to be a little more mild than i was hoping.... opinions? Zmanco
I'm not sure what you were expecting, but it sounds mild. I had my cam reground to .480" lift with 284/284 and it is very streetable with a pretty good idle still. There isn't as much torque below 2500 rpm as there used to be, but it pulls strong to 7k which more than makes up for that.
olie05
I have a very similar cam, and for a daily driver it is more than streetable. I really wouldn't want to go any bigger.
