driftz240
I have a 240sx throttle body i did the mods to and am ready to install after i make the spacer, is there any advantage to making it bigger "thicker" ? should i taper it into the manifold? what material should i make it out of, im thinking aluminum, but ive seen plexiglass and wood. how thick is best? Kennysgreen280zt
1" is normal thickness. Any larger and you start to mess with the geometry of the linkage. Port your manifold to be the same size as the throttle body opening.
