Guest mr_cool_guy
So my real name is shawn, i'm not new to building projects and i aim to build up a 89' 240sx. First off I would like to say what a nice site you have here, not to many around thats about putting domestics in imports, well other than drag240sx.com. Well like I said I plan on putting a SBF into a 240sx, i've got already a 89' 5.0L HO and I plan to run a C6 behind that for starters. Right now i'm more concerned about getting the engine in and set up before I start adding performance parts to the picture. Anyway this is just a introduction and a admin. can feel free to delete this post in four weeks time.
Challenger
Welcome, I think this sight is great to. All the other forums seem so boring and sometimes negative. Sounds like a cool project, there are a couple others on the forum that have done this I believe. If anyone gives you a hard time about not owning a Z tell them where to go... Guest mr_cool_guy
Heres were I am so far. Mostly getting parts together(Weiand intake, Demon 650 Speed Demon carb, C4 tranny w/ shift kit,and 2400 stall TCI TQ converter. I did however get a test fit with my back-up block. Tried using 89' F-150 mounts, but they were to short so I tried 89' Mustang convert. mounts. Those mounts look like they will come pretty close to the stock KA pads, so with a little cutting and welding it should come out ok.Anyway this is week one.
