Guest TwinTurboZedder
Hello everyone, I'm hoping you can help me with some tech knowledge - I'm looking at using a throttlebody from a VH45DE engine for my zed - in a forced induction application. Has anyone done this before, or just boosted a VH45DE, and had boost leak from around the shaft seal? Will it leak? If so, how best to fix it? Any seal replacement kits that you have heard of? Thankyou!
OlderThanMe
Check out the VH45DE forum. http://forums.nicoclub.com/zeroforum?id=193 There are a couple Aussies over there with bosted VH45DE's. I'm building one in process.
SATAN
I run the VH45 throttle body on my vg30et. I have not had any issues with boost leaking. Then again, I haven't been under the hood while I am hitting boost either LOL.
