Z-Dreamer Posted December 2, 2000 Share Posted December 2, 2000 My 72 has a R180 and I was wondering what breaks and is there any way to strenghten a R180? How much power/Torque can a R180 handle? I ask because I just purchased a 86 Nissan king Cab 4x4 P/K for $500! It runs great and the body is straight and after purchasing a Haynes Manual and examining the front Diff, I've discovered that mine has a LSD R180 with 4.10 gears! It would be great if I could switch the third members with my Z. Any comments would be greatly appreciated! Mark ------------------ " Now where did I set my beer?
