Guest Anonymous
i guess im stuck, i have a Nismo Competiton 5 spd and a nice 280ZX turbo motor in my 240Z that should put 400hp at the flywheel.. after researching rear end choices, considering i want my Z to be a street turbocharged car i need durability, obviously the 88' VLSD would be ideal but i cant even find one. So I thought about the 300ZX N/A VLSD with the 4.09. is that worthwhile? weld up the mustache bar redrill, CV shafts etc. Or if im going to do all that, why not go posi? Is posi even practical in my application? Oh i am also running panasports 17x9 front and 17x11 rear. what should i do?
Guest Anonymous
sheesh sounds like a big project.... the smaller infinity sounded nice, not the r230... so i guess taking the 90+ N/A 300ZX VLSD cant be directly transplanted... 240SX? hrm... i want at least 4.11 gear
