Would you be interested in having a flange in mild steel to make a set of custom head

Hey, I'm going to be making a run of flanges for fabricating your own custom headers. I'm wondering what you guys would like to see in them and if there would be anyone interested in them. I found zguy36's rendering of the P90 head ones, and I turned it into a one-piece style flange for the ease of keeping everything lined up when welding.

My main questions here for you are these:

1) What thickness of mild steel would you like to see these in? (My machine is currently set up for .250", but I might be able to move to .375" if that would be better)

+

2) Which do you prefer, a 5 piece flange, a 3 piece, or a one piece?

+

3) Which post style would you like to see, round, square, or hex?

Here are a few pics of what I'm using to cut ;)
