240mm vs 220mm Flywheel

Is there much more "hold" with the larger surface area? I'm using the L28 Turbo Flywheel (240mm), but I'm considering an aluminum 220mm Tilton unit. The reduction in rotational mass should help me off the line, of course provided that the unit can engage correctly. I am aware that I will need the clutch pressure plate assembly for the 220mm flywheel if I choose to go that route. Has anyone tried both, and seen a difference?
