Guest Anonymous Posted March 23, 2002 Share Posted March 23, 2002 I have another question...In my new 240Z, it's got an automatic, and I've heard nothing but bad things about Z auto transmissions, plus I like manuals better anyways, and I was wondering what all is involved in converting it to a manual. Would the pedal assembly from a 280ZX work? What about a 1977/1978 280Z? Also, I have a 5 speed from a 1979 280ZX, would it fit without having to modify the length of the driveshaft?
