Guest 1990Newbiez
Hello all, first post! I just got my very first Z, a 1990 with an auto(wish it were manual!), and I have a slight problem with the gas pedal. It is often very reluctant to engage the throttle unless you stab it first, then it works perfect until you let off for a few seconds totally, and it does so again. Nothing seems to bind in the engine bay, but I can't quite see up above the pedal to see if something is binding there. I'm not sure if it might be a commonish problem for that year as I haven't found anything yet. I was hoping it might be a some what easy fix as it's quite a nusance at the moment. Thanks so much, and I can't wait to be a productive Z owner! -Will
AK-Z
Check your TPS. and shouldn't this be posted in the troubleshooting area?
