Guest covian
It all started when my 260Z started backfiring and the car kept dying on me. I was at a light on a hill holding up traffic. I had to rev it up kind of hard, trying to save face, to get it up the hill. Immediately after hauling butt up the hill, it started to rattle and the clutch pedal got sloppy, but I can shift in all gears. Just to fix the backfiring issue I adjusted the valves, checked the timing, and balanced the carbs. At idle, around 750 RPM, it is fine, but if I rev in neutral I still have the rattle going on.
