LineC
Think I got it all done. Trying to follow the layout on diyautotunes page. If I could get a double check on my work I would appreciate it. Little confused where to put the jumper on the ign side. Any help would be appreciated. Only thing I did differently was put my resistor in the proto area instead on heatshrinking it on the back. mobythevan
Just caught my eye and has nothing to do with your question, but it looks like a couple parts are not soldered? I circled them below.
slown280z
Q22 and Q23 are for a VR sensor.
mobythevan
OK, just checking since it looks like the leads are they, just not soldered.
LineC
Yep I have nothing there where your circle is, not sure if thats the correct way to do it or not. If it is for VR I don't think I need it. VR is for EDIS triggering isn't it? I still need to jumper IGBTOUT to IGN and I think I am done. mobythevan
You should be good, it is just the light reflecting in those empty holes that made me think leads were sticking through.

LineC
Not sure yet. I actually bought this unit from a guy at Jefferson Labs in Newport News that works or worked with the guys that designed it. I think Bruce Bowling. I think they are engineers at Jefferson Labs. Said he helps with the R&R but has never seen a car use it. He is interested and seeing the final product when I get it installed.
Matt Cramer
I wonder if that was Bill Lucas you got it from? Bruce himself has a couple engines running on it.
