Evan Purple240zt
Hey guys, i have an SDS system and was wondering if i could use the temp sensor that comes with it. Standard GM sensor, and use it to trigger the thermometer contraption from painless wiring so my fans come on at the right time. If that made no sense... i want to use my sds water temp sensor on a painless wiring temperature controlled fan switch. Will this work? Guest Anonymous
Carefull, using the same thermistor for 2 different jobs can throw the readings for either/both system(s) off. I wouldn't do it. SDS has a water temp switch option, shouldda gotten that!
Evan Purple240zt
Point well taken. I wasnt aware of that option at the time. Oh well, guess its time to stick another sensor in that there motor somewhere! Evan
