S30_dRiFteR Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 I have an L28et that has 1000miles with 1000miles on the stock injectors. I took it to the track and used 120octane. Could this ruin the injectors? i diluted the gas with 91octane and now it 15% 120octane. The car will start and run with starter fluid but will immediatly die down when i turn on the fuel pump, then will begin to flood the engine. ive tested injector pulse and spark to the plugs. Everything works. has anyone ran into this or have an opinion on what it could be? is it a fact that race gas can ruin injectors? thank you for your help. -Eric Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
