Guest bang847 Posted January 7, 2002 Share Posted January 7, 2002 Hey guys i got a little isuzu pickup for my daily driver and right now it is running bad.. anyways i thought it might have been a timing belt slip. so i changed the belt but i noticed that my car didn't match the chilton's manual. my manual says to time the engine on cyl#1 TDC but it seems that the car was meant to be timed on cyl#4 TDC. my cam shouldnt be off by 180 deg right? anyone have another manual that covers the isuzu 4ZD1 2.3 4cyl engine?
