Guest Anonymous Posted April 5, 2002 Share Posted April 5, 2002 i am by no means a brand loyal person so i'm looking to get any car that is inexpensive, low weight, and can be made fast with little money. the only cars i know of that fit this description are the 240-280Z (of course) and the porsche 944. however the porsche is expensive to maintain so the Z remains my current favorite. what other cars did you consider getting before you got a Z? Ford Pinto fits a V8 just fine too or a Turbo 2.3liter. Merkur 2.3liter turbo. Sunbeam Tiger - saw one in the paper the other day for $6K ready to roll supposedly. Look at some of th eold school imports too. Lot's to choose from but that's what I can come up with off th etop of my head. I'd LOVE a 510 myself...
