DRFTEM Posted October 5, 2009 Share Posted October 5, 2009 Ok I have a 5 speed in my 260z and I was wundering as my spedo is choppy and wont work over 60 mph what cable do i use? is it the same as the 4 speed or is it specific to the 5 speed? if its not the cable but the gauge what gauge do i use? Chances are it's the speedo itself, use same avenue there to get a replacement. In the interim you can use the tach as a speedo... Hopefully the weather in SoCal is more conducive to decades of sitting exposed in the open than it is here. 35 year old cars here are truly junk from decades of exposure. How "stock" do you want it?
