RPMS Posted January 29, 2003 Share Posted January 29, 2003 Aluminum's DEFINITELY the way to go. ABS just looks so... chunky. Look at attachment method, too. Some louvers drill into the metal (!!!) while others attach to a piece wedged between the glass and the weatherstripping. I prefer not to drill into metal whenever I can avoid it.
