All I have to do now is wait another day or two and polish it out...BTW, I did the entire paint job for a total of 36 bucks worth of materials(all rattle cans too, stripper, primer, top coat and clear) Here are some pics of various Z emblems that I have come across for those interested...top left is a Z31 hood emblem, top right is a 99 Fairlady Z hood emblem (going on this car when I get it painted black), and bottom center is the hood emblem on my 79 280ZX... <img src: http://z31.com/unsorted/embs.JPG> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Anonymous Posted July 22, 2001 Share Posted July 22, 2001 That's from a 99 Fairlady Z (Japanese version of the Z32) You can get them at nissanparts.cc for 15 bucks...can't remember the part numbers offhand for them, but there are a choice between red and chrome, black and chrome(the one pictured) and black and gold... if you are really interested in the part numbers you might go to z31.com/board and click on search messages and enter "fairlady" it should be in a post by AZ-Zbum with pictures and part numbers with links to where to get them...the one I got doesn't work with the part number index at nissanparts.cc but if you email them I'm sure they can accommodate you...
