240zBoy
I am undergoing the oh so popular chevy 350 swap and came to a hault at ignition. I am in the process of ordering the msd6al ignition and the 8920 tach adapter since its a 72. I am thinking of ordering the blaster 2 coil but do not know how to hook it up to dizzy as their is a harness on the chevy dizzy. I took a picture of the harness and some help as to how that goes into the coil would be awesome. Also is the unit to the right of my hand the oil pressure sending unit that I replace with my 240z's. Always thought they were down by oil filter but maybe not. Anyways some help would be awesome cause I try to research this but hit and miss on the ignition section. 240zBoy
Alright I got it all for the most part figured out ignition wise but I am still stuck. The orange part I was holding just goes to the dizzy. I am stuck though as to where the thin white wire from the msd 6al goes. Help would be awesome as I got every thing figured out for the most part besides that and if that piece was the oil pressure sending unit Edit: Found a different page in manual about my 4 pin dizzy and answered all the ignition questions I had regarding white wire which does not need to be used. If any one knows if that is the oil pressure sending unit that would be helpful Edited June 28, 2010 by 240zBoy
