Guest Anonymous
Jumbo240, I can say yes to your question about all of those products. IMO they are all top drawer. I personally like PPG and House of Kolor. I have in my life used them all. Once you gain some experience you can mix brands of prep and finish materials but you better know what you are doing as some are compatable and some are not. As I pointed out earlier a mask is critical to your short term and long term health. Even shooting primer, even sanding bondo or primer. I think you can get by with an ordinary $40.00 or $50.00 mask at your friendly auto paint store. For finishing coats a fresh air system is best but costly and truthfully cumbersome but necessary if you plan to shoot the finish in a home-made garage booth or pro-paint booth. I really think you should let a shop spray the finish coats because a quality fresh air system is about $1000.00 and unless you plan on doing a lot of finish work it's not worth it. Guest Anonymous
RacerX, barring any unforseen schedualing screw-ups, I'm planning on attending Rio Vista. Jon
