$100.00.....good price for complete 327 and 700r4???

i'm getting this from a friend, the tranny worked when removed...may do a rebuild(what's that cost?)...the 327, it is completely apart...but all there...dow to the last bolt...how much to rebuild it up to 300-400 hp???

Hmmm, sounds like a fair price if the motor is not fragged in any way and only needs a rebuild. You can buy engine rebuild kits that cost under $200 from Northern Auto Parts and places like it. If the heads are camel hump heads or similar, 300 hp is no problem. If you are doing the work yourself, you should be ale to do this for under $600 I would imagine. Otherwise, if you farm out the labor, it will cost you more. Either way, the price is right.
