DavD3 Posted November 18, 2002 Share Posted November 18, 2002 Hi everyone.I hope you guys help me with my problem.I have leather Mazda RX7 seats in my 240z ,they have no tears,but look kinda used, i'd like to paint them in burgundy satin as i did with interior pannels and door pannels, but i'm not sure what paint i should use on those leather seats,i preffer something in cans,as long as i can pull seats on my own paint them and put back.Any advices? Guest Anonymous Posted November 18, 2002 Share Posted November 18, 2002 Go to a womens shoe store, they sell leather dye. It will probably take several cans to do your seats. Butts are bigger than feet. You will need to clean the seats well before spraying them. I had a Z recycler tell me this trick. I ahve never used it but he swears it works and holds up well.
