Guest Anonymous
hey guys, i have a fiberglass cowl hood with some really thick cracking paint. thinking my best bet is to just totally strip the paint off as appose to sanding it. my ? is anyone no of a good paint stripper that wont harm the fiberglass. thanks jim
DavyZ
There is a stripper called "Peeler" made by Kleen Strip---it takes off paint down to the primer only. Davy
DavyZ
Racer X, would Peeler be safe for the fiberglass? My reasoning would be that it is benign enough to take off paint sans primer, but I suppose if there were no primer to begin with then that might cause a problem?
