Trying to find a straight answer

Ok, I have search quite a bit for this and havent seemed to find a straight answer, most answers deal with the s130.

For starters, my car is an 82 na 5 speed, so I have the r200 longnose.

I am trying to find out how to make a z31 turbo clsd work in my car. I know it will bolt right in, however how do I get the driveshaft and halfshafts to work with it.

Can I swap out the driveshaft and half shaft flanges from my current r200 into the the z31 r200 in order to use my current drivehsaft and half shafts?

Ok cool, how easy is it to put the driveshaft flanges and and halfshafts flanges onto the z31 diff? Ive never worked on diffs before so this will be my first venture.

And I am planning on using the finned cover as well.

As for removing the drive shaft flange it is easy, just you need a puller set to get it off. A simple steering wheel puller at your local parts store should do the trick and a 27MM socket for the nut if I do believe, an impact would be highly encouraged. And as for your half shaft flanges they'll just pop right out. Stick a crow bar between the flange and diff.

Another question I have stumbled on...are the hubs on my 82 na 4bolt?...and are the z31 cvs the same length as my halfshafts?

Not sure on the bolt pattern, if they are the u-joint type they will be four. I know the 280ZXT CV's are 6. I dont think the Z31 axles are the same length, they are a bit longer. Hope I helped. Good to help out another fellow Airman.
